Zya Regina Resort And Aqua Park Hurghada, Hurghada

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit old in one building but awesome and perfectly clean in another, offering a lovely garden view. Mr Sherif at the reception was outstanding in addressing our issues, providing good energy, but the overall service felt slow and unprofessional. The location was great, right in the heart of Sheraton street with many delicious dining options nearby, although the dining choices were a bit limited. The facilities were decent, with opportunities for relaxation and enjoyable nature walks.

I was lucky to stay in the 'Regal Sea View' part of the resort, which offered great clean rooms with a large area, balcony, minibar, and Wi-Fi inside. The shower after the beach was refreshing. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff going out of their way to accommodate us, especially Hossam in the restaurant. The location was perfect, right on the sandy beach and within easy reach of the Marina. The dining experience was a highlight with a wide spread of delicious meals. Overall, a great stay with some minor room for improvement in the dining selection.
